Most of our properties are `Pet Friendly`. There is $200 fee per pet (cats or dogs) + monthly pet rent. We do require liability insurance for larger breed pets, i.e., Doberman, German Shepards, Pit-Bulls, etc. Ask for details on specific dog breeds.
We have a 24HOUR emergency maintenance number. It is (806) 788-1005.
We do accept and work with the Section 8 Program for specific properties.
We use TREC lease agreements. We use Tenant Tracker, the Internet, Social Media and Appfolio Screening services for part of our screening procedures.
